In August 1998, both the electrical machinery factory and the corrugated pipe manufacturer of the company were certified by China Fangyuan ISO9000 quality system; In October, Longkou Zhongji Paper and Plastic Products Factory was established with an investment of 2 million yuan. In December, the enterprise was transformed from a collective ownership to a private enterprise; In the same year, Longkou Auto Parts Factory was merged.
